Nicholas Richardsons was established in 1984 by Nicholas Richardson who first qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1975, and became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1985.
For over thirty years we have been providing local property purchasers with expert advice, but from a very practical point of view and at realistic and competitive rates. We specialise in the following :
- RICS Homebuyers Reports, with a large number of photographs which show defects noted as well as the good points of the property. In addition sketch layout plans are provided, which identify areas of concern marked upon them.
